STLEC RECOVERY COMMUNITY CENTER

The St. Louis Empowerment Center is proud to be one of Missouri's four Recovery Community Centers (RCC) funded through SAMSHA's State Opioid Response and focused on providing peer support to those with opiate use disorders. Individuals participating in the RCC develop skills and competencies through mutual support with their peers, work with Certified Peer Specialists, participate in support groups, educational programs, social skills building activities, and employment programs. We also have free Narcan available for anyone who asks.

The St. Louis Empowerment Center partners with community agencies such as Criminal Justice Ministry, Queen of Peace, Haven House, Missouri Recovery Network, Behavioral Health Network's EPICC program, the Center for Life Solutions, the Missouri Coalition for Recovery Support providers and others.
