The St. Louis Empowerment Center is committed to providing the best possible services to consumers and staff. Part is this commitment entails encouraging an open and frank atmosphere in which questions, comments, suggestions, or complaints receive a fair, empathetic, and timely response from staff and their supervisors.

Program participants and staff at the St. Louis Empowerment Center are expected to treat one another with mutual respect, and are encouraged to provide one another with positive and constructive criticism as situations warrant. If a program participant or a staff member has a concern, it may be presented in a community meeting or through talking with a supervisory staff member.
