The St. Louis Empowerment Center’s Participant Advisory Council (PAC) is a body comprised of program participants and allies charged with ascertaining program needs and providing guidance to the D.B.S.A. of Greater St. Louis board of directors and program administrators. The PAC is directly democratic, non-hierarchical, and entirely peer-driven. Rather than relying on elected leadership, each PAC meeting is governed by a rotating team of facilitators which anyone may volunteer to join. PAC meetings generally take place on the first Friday of each month, and everyone who has a stake in Empowerment Center programs is encouraged to attend meetings and to let their voices be heard.

The next meting of the Participant Advisory Council takes place on Friday, November 6th, 2015 at noon on the main floor of the St. Louis Empowerment Center.
